For passport, 50,000 cedis (about $6.25 USD). Check with the website for Turkey for visa fees, but usually 10 euros.
Please search this forum for information about scams from Ghanain's asking for payment from men they meet online to pay passport, visa fees and exit "declaration" fees. Many of these are not the people they purport to be, may not even be women.
