Hi, I live with my boyfriend and our daughter. I am 20 and he is too, our Daughter is 18 months. We are having lots of problems latly and I don't know what to do. For the last 2 years he was off and on being sweet and a ***-hole we been togeather for 3 years.and know I don't know were are love went anymore he is like someone that I don't know anymore. Its been getting worse! He said that he would get help, when I was going to first leve him and that he said that he loved us and we are the hole world to him. But why does he treat us this way then. Yelling all the time, and putting us down, like we are a pease of crap! And we don't mean anything to him and I kind of had it, I know that we are going through a hard time right know and I am the only one working and he is looking for a job, and he is going to school at CLC. But it is so hard to find a job know. Yeasterday he said that he had it and my words don't mader to him anymore and that I argue with him all the time about everything with him and that what our love is really thin in the air. And if I ague with him agean about anything he is packing his bags and gone and don't even think that I am getting anything from him. I don't know what to do. Then when he is done throughing his anger at both of us then he is fine. But I don't know what to feel any more. I love him and he loves me, but I don't know anymore should I tell hime that I don't know if I have any feelings for him anymore and I am getting sick of his **** or what I don't know any more I need help. What should I do? I gave him time to change and he does but then it comes back then it is gone like he is on his period all the time. Lol. Please help, I really love him I do, but I don't know what can we do. We don't know

His actions speak louder than words. I'm sorry for your situation, but you should tell him that he should PROVE he wants to be with you. Him saying so isn't enough. And how he is acting is just repulsive.

This is an abusive relationship. Leaving him may be the best choice.

Aleisha--

You need to do what is right for your daughter now. Raising children is a hard enough job, without having to deal with this mans high drama all the time. But its not just you having to put up with this messed up environment, so is your daughter. Its time for him to grow up and learn to take responsibility. That's doesn't mean you having to work to support not only your daughter but him. If he is in school, great, do the school work, and will still have time for part-time job. You are his girlfriend, not his MOTHER. As long as you keep doing everything for him, there is not incentive to improve.

Try and get some counseling for yourself, even if its from your church. Its time for you and your daughter to start looking forward to the future and stop being held back to the past! Good luck
