my boys where adopted by my x husband when I was in prison and they are wanting there biological mothers name back on there not the adopted mother both boys are 18 and 19

Their birth certificates are legal documents, and cannot be altered outside of a court order in this case. Their adoptive mother is their legal mother, and will remain on their birth certificate unless that changes.
