Won't turn over?
I don't know auto mechanics but I've had 3 Hondas and until the end of the 90s my problems starting were all solved with something very simple: dry gas. All winter long. Even with an OK fuel filter.

If you are going to give people no votes just because you don't know what they are talking about, then hey... no one will help you.

I'm thinking it might be the fuel pump relay or the timing... how do I check these
