I have a problem and I think that someone locked my computer from me... here are my problems:
When I open folder where I downloaded some files... (I call it Downloads folder) window with my files becomes blank an this pops up:

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveniece. And after a few seconds...
DrWatson Postmortem Debuger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveniece.

Lately I can't open hard disk where I copied some files from the (Downloads folder) it also becomes blank and it shows just this...
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveniece.

And also when I open Microsoft Office Word or Windows Movie Maker and when I want to save what I did in those programs it shoes the same error: Microsoft Office Word, Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveniece.

And when I run NOD antivirus there aren't any viruses, but it says that some of the files are locked...

Also when I open Windows Task Manager it says that all of these errors aren't responding. And I don't know what to do I'm afraid of what's next going to be locked from me :(( so I'll really appreciated if someone knows the way to save all my files and fix everything...
But when I run movies from Downloads folder from KMPlayer it starts without errors...

I remember getting this problem a couple of years back, it was a nightmare to try and get rid of. There is a lot to this thread but take a read:

If all else fails, reinstall windows like I did :D

Can I reinstall Windows and save all these files where I can't enter or not ? :/
