Your sound card must of broken you will have to take your computer apart find the sound card and take it to a computer spelist to get another or find out what tipes are combatible or go to the back and check your speeker is pluged in but if you don't know where your sound card is take it to a pro.

Lets start simple being as you have given no clue as to why you do not have sound.
Have you made sure the volume control next to the clock is not muted? If that's not it --right click that icon and select open audio control -see if any thing turned down/muted there- if that's not the problem we will need more info.
