There was a sister and a brother who went into their barn and meet a magical midget, who took them to his far off land to help everyone there. I remember it seeming very soft like everyone in white clothing but they had people in the air doing cirque du soliel kind of stuff. They are able tot save his plant and when the movie is ending they walk down a huge grass hill and they can see the sun rising over the kids farm. I watched this when I was a kid. I must know what it was called I have been trying to figure out for years! The midget guy looks a look like Richard Howland
