I have a water heater that has extremely low hot water pressure.
Very good cold pressure, and lots of hot water, just very low hot pressure.
Any idea's?

Hi RT...
How old is the water heater? Is this a newer issue or has hot volume/pressure always been poor?
If too old (12-15 years or more) then you should start by checking that the cold water shutoff going into the water heater is fully opened... if not, open fully.
Next thing to check is the nipples at the water heater... could be heat trap nipples or could be clogged nipples or fittings at the heater. However, if the heater is real old you could be opening a bag of trouble...
Start here and let me know what you discover...
