Anyone with any suggestions? My 2003 John Deere L110 w/ Kohler 17.5 HP engine stalls after about 30 sec-1.5 minutes. Of cutting operation. It will sometimes idle for 2-3 minutes. Before stalling. I have tried flushing the fuel line, replaced the fuel filter and spark plug, added fuel system and carb cleaner, and cleaned the air filter. I am technical enough to go further, but don't know what diagnostic path to follow. The fuel pump apparently is functioning OK also. Your thoughts? Much appreciated ! Keith

Hi,
The fuel pump could be working, yet not pump sufficient fuel. It will usually have a broken diaphragm and leak into the crankcase. Tell that by smelling the oil on the dipstick to detect the odor of gas.
Another common problem with that model is the fuel line becoming pinched between the tank and frame at the rear. There is a slot in the tank that the line fits in and it can sometimes shift out of that slot(usually to the right) and pinch off the fuel flow. It is easily visible and correctable by hand from above and below.
Peace,
Clarke

Clean the breather hole in your gas cap if your L110 is running for awhile, then stalling.
