There is a bunch of moisture around the bathroom window. I've cleaned it, but now I'm noticing mildew on the walls and ceiling. Is bleach a good chemical to use?

Do not use bleach. I have contacted health and safety here in ontario. Had problems with mold around the bedroom window. Back a few years ago they recommended bleach but they are moving away from that. They told me to use vinegar and soap mixed.

After cleaning, Kilz is a primer, great for covering remaining stains, and won't bleed through, paint. Do you have exhaust fan? Too noisey to use? They have bath fans that are Super Quiet(.3 sones or less) about $100-$150.00
