Need answers on how long hydrocodone stays in someone urine to find out if I can pass a drug test when I took a lortab 4 days ago

Lortab (Hydrocodone and acetaminphen) usually does not cause a positive result in a standard opiate urine drug test.
It can be tested for through use of some expanded more sensitive tests.
As to detection time, you are at the low end of detection times recorded. Probably eliminated in shorter period. But, it's important to realize that the elimination time for any drug varies significantly from individual to individual and the many estimates provided are averages derived from wide ranges.
