Ok so I really need some help so it you canhelp me that would be great! I've known this guy for about 3 years in in 8th grade now. I starting liking him but then he asked out me best friend then they broke up (o by the way me and him are good friends we talk everyday and we are in the same classes together) so he told me he liked me and my best friends friend then he told me he liked someone else so I thought it was me so I got excited because he said he was going to ask them out and I still have never had a boyfriend so I need to get one fast! Everyone in my school is dating execpt me :( so he told me he's asking someone out and I thought it was me. He said hed tell me but he still didn't and that was days ago. I just found out from my friend he asked out my other friend and now I am so pissed and sad. I can't get over him but hee is like ignoring me but I want this to work out and I want him to ask me out because all our friends keep telling us we are basiclly dating. So what should I do and how can I get over him?

I don't want to sound like every adult in your life who will probably tell you you are young and have so much life ahead of you. The truth is though you are just that. In 8th grade I promise there is no hurry to rush into dating and I know it seems like everyone is dating and your left all alone but please don't feel that way take this time in your life to enjoy your friendships with others. They will be what outlasts any relationship you start at this age. Also if you truly like someone don't be afraid to ask them to lunch or something it doesn't always have to be the boy to ask out the girl. As for getting over this boy, fill your time with your friends and try not to think about him. Hope this helps a bit.

Im in 9th grade and I regret dating as young as I did... I never did anything I wouldn't doo in public but people still talk.. advice: don't fret it. There are other fish in the sea.. (as my mother told me) good advice to. Wait a little while better people will come along!
