I have a Goodman GMP100-3 furnace that will not work. This is what it is doing... The small blower at the top will switch on and start turning. The ignitor will click and start glowing bright orange, although it takes several seconds for this to start after the blower kicks on. Then nothing. The ignitor will glow for a few seconds, maybe 10, and then the system shuts down. It will not light. The burners do not go on. The LED status light will come on when this process starts, stays constant red and then turns off once the system stops. It does not blink a code. The sensor was dirty, so I cleaned it with steel wool, hoping that was it, but still nothing. The fuse looks good. I have checked everything I can. Someone suggested it might be my circuit board, but I do not know. Any suggestions?

Check tte auxiliary limit, it should be closed (you should have continuity through it) also check all the rollout switches. The aux. limit is located behind the control board, there will be two purple wires leading to the limit. GOOD LUCK

The fact that the led light goes out completely makes me think the circuit board is the problem. However, I never would give you advice to replace the board without having the system tested completely by an onsite tech. Normally, if the led is off completely, it's a problem with the board, or low voltage problems.
