During the past 2 weeks, each time I've had intercourse, my right lower back has began hurting immediately after. I've never had this problem before. I do have a history of kidney stones and ovarian cysts. The pain reminds me of when I had kidney stones, however, it doesn't radiate any. It's local to my right lower back/buttock. It lasts 1-3 days after intercourse and eventually fades away until the next time. I feel like if it were kidney stones, it would hurt constantly like usual, plus it would've traveled some over the past 2 weeks. I am on Lo-Ovral 28. Any advice or suggestions would help! Thanks!

Lower back pain signifies some kind of kidney problem which you don't want to have, kbo. See your doctor and don't be shy about telling him when you get that lower back pain. Holding back information does not do any good.
