I asked my employer to let me see a specialist and they approved it and the specialist asked for the c9 which was the approval for the visit, I asked the nurse at my employer to fax C9 and she took it upon herself to fax over the diagnosis and its been a week and I still don't have a appontment with them. Why does your employer have to do this... typically it is your Primary care physician that does the referrals to a specialist. Unless your Employer IS your primary care physician.

So the nurse AT your employer faxed information about the injury to the specialist you intend to see... is that correct?
