I have spent over $8000 on dental in last 2yrs will no health cover .All the dental repairs have either snapped off or fallen out and its just getting worse.For that money it should last longer. Have been told all the work done are just temporary fillings and don't think $8000 on dental every 2yrs is very right. Repairs were originally quoted verbally at around $6000 and after spending $8000 have been told I need another $5000 minimum work to be done.. Is there any legal action you can take in this situation to try and get some sort of compensation.?

Simon, you will have to have very accurate notes to get anywhere with this. If you have written estimates, etc you could contact the local dental licensing authority.
