Since it seems to be that I am never going to be legal siblings with my best friend. It only seems fair we become each others legal mentors. We both have family problems that no one else will ever understand or know about. I already consider her my little sister, in fact, so does everyone else! But we need documents!

Why do you need a piece of paper to confirm a bond that grew out of interaction , caring, compassion, and love for another person?
Nothing can strengthen such a bond , and if it is what you truly feel no legality can change it or break it.
