I met this woman online. She says she has dual citizenship between the US and UK. She says she is wanting to relocate back to the US. Says she bought a ticket but needs a $ 1000.00 Personal travelers allowance. You would think being born here in the US that she would be allowed to enter the country as long as she has somewhere to go. Is she trying to pull a scam?

Scam for sure... being a US citizen, she does not need to show any $$, just ticket and US passport.
