Ok so I have this galacier bay kitchen faucet. The cartridge recently went out.The bonnet needs to be removed and I am having trouble doing so.Please help.

You should be able just unscrew it...
What model number Glacier Bay faucet is it ?

Model number 67070-0101.What tool do you remove it with and in which direction do you turn it.

It won't come off is there a tool for it how did they installed it
