I would say it is. Why do you work so much? I can understand sports. You also need your own time. Focusing on the grades right now would be more important I would think. As far as the girlfriend, how do you find time? Get your girlfriend to help you with your studies, then your able to spend time together.

I agree that it is too much. I don't know about where you live, but where I live students in high school are only allowed to work 20 hours per week, by law.

That is ture but as long as my manger doesn't list me as monor I am OK so I and I like to money and need it for my car payment...
How is it legal for your employer not to list you as a minor?
You asked if it was too much, work and school, and we all agreed that your studies should come first.

First it is all possible, depending on your ability, I know many young people who do work 30 hours a week, go to school with A and B and do music or sports.
But my concern is over why, first you have a car, do you really have to have a car, that could have been the first error. Next if you can't do it all, you have to cut something, you can't cut school, so either sports or the job has to go, That is your choice.
Next OK my spelling is poor or bad, but for a 16 year old in school, unless you are not from the US and english is not your first language, I will agree with rishy39 here on this one ( sorry could not do the rep to agree had to pass it around first)
But for 16 you are writing at a less than high school level at least from what I see. Unless you are just using young people code for everything.
But school has to be the first focus, over cars and jobs
Oh, you did not make me mad, not at all. Sheesh, it takes a LOT more than this to make me mad.
Yes, you could lose your job if you work less, but there are other jobs out there, aren't there?
However, if your grades keep slipping you risk the chance of losing scholarships to college. Believe me, college is important. I used to think it wasn't, I went for a technical degree, sure I got paid a lot, but I was stuck with no room for advancement. I decided to go back to college at age 38.
Yes, we can tell you are tired just by the way you are typing. Please re-read this when you are awake and alert. Is this how you want to be in school?

Ok well I am going to take a turn at being a smart-butt... what came first the car or the job?
You say you need the job to pay for the car, and the car to get to work... your still young, and high school is important to get good grades so you can get good scholarships... even with sports, you have to get good grades in college too... your not going to make it with your current grammar.. no offense.
Even though you are not tired, you have noticed your grades slipping... why not drop the job and car, enjoy more time being young, and focus on what is more important.. your grades and school! :)
Best Wishes
