I am A US citizen also my two boys are, but their mother (my wife) is not US citizen and does not have even green card, we all live abroard how can I apply green card for my wife and what do I need to do?

You start with the I-130, relative petition. Check with the AMCON if they accept direct consular filing (DCF). If they do, then you can file there and your spouse files for the immigrant visa at the same time.

Yes you need to contact US embassy, later you can start with Green card for Spouse (http://www.immigrationdirect.com/greencard/Green-Card-for-Your-Spouse.jsp) i.e., Form I-130 and Form I-485 can be concurrently filed or once Form I-130 approved you can file for Form I-485 (http://www.immigrationdirect.com/greencard/Adjustment-of-Status-Form-I-485.jsp).
Can only file I-485 for adjustment of status if she is physically present in the US. To get her in, you will need the K-3 visa.
