"KVA" is short for kilo volt-ampere, and is a measure of power. "Amp" is a measure of current. So there is no dierct conversion. But if you know the voltage being used, and the power factor (PF) of the device, you can use this:
VA = V x A /PF
and
KVA = (V x A) /(1000 x PF)
