Hi I am in state college,Pennsylvania. I am here in a dependent (Non-immigrant) VISA. My mom came here in a visitor visa. Me& my mom is charged with retail theft(summery offense) for the 1st time which price value is $80. Both of we had a trial today & we hired an attorney. The attorney deal with the judge & I am supposed to have a rehabilitation program (to expunge the record) & my mom may be supposed to get forgiveness. & today both of we had to give our fingerprint & photo.
Now my ques is that, as I am in non-immigrant visa & in future I might apply for the green-card, so if I do the rehabilitation program will all of my criminal records(in this case) removed totally? I am verymuch worried about the fingerprint & photo. Will the fingerprint & photo both be removed after the rehabilitation program? & will there be any problem in future when I will apply for the green-card?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN DETAIL. PLEASE.

No, the immigration will still get to see this, while it will explunge your record for public view ( getting jobs and the such) it may still be visible for government search.

A lot will depend on how it is being explunged, if you were found guility and it will be explunged after program, OR>>> is it a suspended sentence and will be dismissed after program, ( makes a big difference which way it is done)
