I turn my Moen single handle faucet to "C" and get HOT water. I try turning it to "H", but the handle will not turn that far. How can I fix this? Did the builder install it wrong? I am stuck with HOT water and no cold water, even if handle is turned on "Cold" side! Help Please!

Your faucet needs final adjustment after installation. Do this:

1. Remove handle
2. Turn stem 180 degrees around
3. Remove "Anti-Scald" ring
4. Re-install handle
