After I had sex( as safely as is possible) in April my period became irregular, to me anyway. My cramps were overall bad, and for at least three of my periods after continuing to have sex I threw up. The cramps were bad, but the flow wasn't too too heavy, but not light and easy either like my periods in the past before. This weird cycle continued until October when suddenly it got normal. The flow was regular, but cramps vanished. It was like my periods before I had sex.
Can my period have been adjusting?
Or is this a health hazard?
