I just wanted information.My ten year old daughter got tooken away from me since she was about five months old from youth services and now they decided to give her up for adoption to the family that took care of her without me signing the papers.is this illegal or can I today try to fight back and get her back.

It depends. Its possible your parental rights were terminated by a court. In that case you wouldn't have to sign anything. But if that didn't happen, then they can't offer your kid up for adoption without your consent.

You need to ask Youth Services how they think they can do it. You may need an attorney to protect your rights.
