Hello I am 38 years old, and I have 3 children. My youngest is 6 years old. I take synthroid 75 every day for Hashimotos. My thyroid was last checked in April. My cycles have always been regular over the years but they have gotten shorter from 26 day cycle to 24 days. However since April they have been all over the map from 14 days to 17 days, to 38 days one month. I had blood work done in August after a 17 day cycle and my dr. reported that my estriodal level was a little high but nothing clinical. After the 17 day cycle I had a 38 day cycle and then back to 24 which is my normal. Yet I got a period again yesterday after only 14 days. My Dr. told me then only way to resolve this is to go on the pill which I really do not want to do since I am on the fence on having another child. Is this the only solution? Could there be anything else going on? Thank you for your help!
