The court extended the protection order I had filed on my son. This Monday we go to court for the eviction papers he was served. My son told the judge he didn't want to see me for a long time. I was wondering how I should present this evistion case to the judge. I have been told many things about how to evict him and what to say to the judge. I just want my son not to be able to come back in the future and claim he still lives with me to the police, etc.

You get a formal eviction order from the court, keep a copy of it at the door to show police if son ever tries that.
But which court, if this is merely housing court for the eviction, you show where he was given proper notice of the eviction, and that he has no legal right to live there.

It is the county court on 1515 Cleveland St. in Denver, Colorado. He has been served the eviction papers. Now we go to court this Monday for the eviction

I am asking what are some of the things to say to the judge to help show why he is to not say he still lives here in the future. Please see my original question.

There is nothing to tell the judge about why he can't, or why he can't in the future, that is up to you, unless he had a lease you have the legal right to evict them,
The eviction moves him out, and once out he has no legal right to come back unless you let him back in.
You will not be dicussing anything except the legal reason for the eviction , proof that you had the right to evict, that he was given notice properly,
This is not a hearing about his behavior
