Assalam-o-Alaikum
I want to ask you that one of my friends steal someone mobile and after asking about mobile he swear by Allah and put his hand on Quran. Is he out of Islamic circle or not reply briefly he is ashamed on his action but that time he was just 18 and did not know about his action.
