Two different women, who are the mothers of my daughters both placed domestic violence injunctions with minor child against me because they didn't like my girlfriend and told me that they weren't going to let me see my kids if I don't leave this woman. So I told them I was going for visitation rights. They then put these injunctions against me at the sametime to block the visitation rights. The first judge fell for it but the second judge heard me out and actually reviewed the case and didn't pass the second women's injunction. The first women told the 1st judge that I lived with her for 2days and then 7days later, told the second judge that I lived with her for 21days. The first judge wouldn't believe me when I told him that my other babymother had filed the same type of injunction to block me from getting visitation rights. How to I get these cases heard in court together in front of one judge?

Appeal the first,

** you should have had court ordered visits from day one anyway. But you go back and start with supervised visits on the one with the restraining order, they would have to prove you a danger to the child to stop any visits though the court.

You can report it to the police, and/or the DA, they are the only ones who can file charges.
