Hello Wingers and nit pickers,
If you want to nit pic, how about that criminal Sarah Palin desecrating our American flag (http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/video/2010/oct/20/us-midterm-elections-sarah-palin-tea-party-video) like that?? Watch closely in the video at 1:30. Is she signing the flag?? She IS! Besides being a violation of Title Four of the United States Code, (http://www.legion.org/flag/code) it's downright unpatriotic. She should be in the slammer along side Michelle Obama...
Bwa, ha ha ha..

How about putting her in line right Behind Barrak Obama for getting prosecuted.
And that hardly rises to the level of what Mischele Obama did anyway. Or Tim Geitner.

Ex do you really think Palin knows that signing a flag is desecrating it? Of course not and neither do the nitwits that support her. If they did they wouldn't of handed her the flag.

Really? I thought they were the ones who wanted to get all Constitutional on us.. No, huh? I guess obeying federal law isn't Constitutional enough... You're right, though. What they know about the Constitution, is what Glenn Beck, Marc Levin and a few others TELL them...

Gee... now signing a flag to the left is somehow equal their beloved tricks of wiping ones behind on it... stomping on it and setting it on fire now?

Gee.....now signing a flag to the left is somehow equal their beloved tricks of wiping ones behind on it...stomping on it and setting it on fire now?Hello again, smoothy:
It's true, THESE violations of federal law aren't Constitutional ENOUGH to be worthy of prosecution... But, when Michelle Obama breaks one, throw the book at her...
Subsection 8, part (g) reads: "The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature." You'd think a presidential candidate would KNOW stuff like that...
The lawbreakers ALSO include all those Constitutional loving right wingers who wear American flag lapel pins. Subsection 8, part (d) reads: "The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery."
But, I suppose if the left is going to break the law, the right wingers should too... Is THAT your argument, smoothy?

But what if it's an American flag bikini on a stacked chick? Or hey! What about those cute little flag napkins that we can buy for our 4th of July cocktail parties?

I think they are not considered a flag because no one cut up a flag to make those napkins or that bikini it is just a design then. But I could be wrong. I always found those bikinis to be tacky.

Since this is part of the link.
§ 5. Display and use of flag by civilians; codification of rules and customs; definition
The following codification of existing rules and customs pertaining to the display and use of the flag of the United States of America is established for the use of such civilians or civilian groups or organizations as may not be required to conform with regulations promulgated by one or more executive departments of the Government of the United States.
What it means is that there may not be a requirement since it was a civilian that was performing the act.
That's how they got around flag burning.
Would you like to call it Sarah's loophole?

Tom I saw that video and the guys were just standing there. Now if you are threatened by black men holding a baton then that is your problem.

Thats how they got around flag burning.
I've heard that the very fact that the flag can be burned in protest means it's working and showing we are free and have free speech.

Not exactly. I said the six members of the New Black Panthers aren't really a national threat as you seem to think. I DO think they should be jailed by the local cops. Why didn't THEY do anything?
