My dad just passed away. He was a disabled american verteran and received a VA check and SS check.. there are me my sister and my brother and his new wife. Are us kids entitled to any money?

Sorry for the loss of your father. His service to our country is appreciated.

SS benefits and VA Disability benefits end upon his death. You must notify both agencies of his death and not cash any checks from them until they tell you how to proceed.

If anyone cashes a benefit check after his death is is a criminal fraud.

Now, if there are death benefits with the VA, they will tell you what they are.

I know with SS, there are death benefits and widow/widower benefits. I'm not sure about VA.
