He looks like he's from the 'Too Damn High to pay the rent ' party.

Here in NY there is rent subsidization. That means that if he isn't in a subsidized apt he does pay a lot. It's that supply and demand thingy. Maybe he should ask Charlie Rangel to vacate one of his rent controlled units.

I am forming an alterate party... "Taxes are too high because I'm paying your rent" Party .

What is really sad is that the fringe candidates made as much sense as the probable winner ;Andrew (Bank Affirmative Action ) Cuomo.

I don't know. YOUR view of fringe does NOT include nuts like O'Donnell, Angle and Paladino. Mine does.

O'Donnell doesn't even know what the first amendment is. But maybe that is the gotcha media's fault.

O'Donnell doesn't even know what the first amendment is. But maybe that is the gotcha media's fault.Hello spit:

The LAST bastion of the Constitutionally ignorant, is to ask, "where does it say that?". For example, they inquire as to where we might find gay marriage, not knowing that heterosexual marriage isn't mentioned in the Constitution either... In fact, marriage isn't mentioned at all. CERTAINLY, they ask about the separation clause, because they WANT to inflict their religion on us. When the Fourth Amendment confuses them, they ask, "if you aren't doing anything WRONG, why would you mind being searched???" It should be noted, of course, that they DON'T ask that question when it comes the US Chamber of Commerce or the NSA, who TODAY is reading our emails and listening to our phone calls... When they don't understand the Fifth Amendment, they ask if I'm a terrorist sympathizer, and why I hate my country.

I could go on, and probably will. I don't think it's a media gotcha moment at all. It's their JOB to expose charlatans.

What the debate showed was the poor civics education in this country. The audience of alleged Law Students at Widener laughing when she asked where in the Constitution is 'separation of church and state ' was a national embarrassment. I can understand high school students thinking that because they have been brain washed into believing that . But you would think Law Students would be better versed in the language of the Constitution.

She of course is 100% correct. There is no "separation of church and state " in the Constitution. That phrase ,1st penned by Jefferson is not in the 1st Amendment ,nor was it the intent of the founders to imply that there was.

The phrase was later added to a SCOTUS decision by a former KKK lawyer turned justice Hugo Black (who evidently hated Catholics more than Blacks) ,who wrote those words of Jefferson into the 1947 Everson v Board of Education decision.

It is true that it has become part of the vernacular. But the truth is ODonnell was correct in saying it was not part of the 1st Amendment Establishment or Free Exercise clauses.

I'll just leave this here:

Jimmy McMillan, the candidate running for governor under the Rent Is Too Damn High Party banner, who stole the show in Monday's debate, hasn't had a rent increase in at least five years in his one-bedroom Brooklyn apartment - NYPOST.com (http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/brooklyn/rent_just_too_damn_low_bsE5JAsyBmBzwyHNT05MBK)

It is a pretty much a moot point now unless Coons dies she isn't going to win.

Probably... He's got a double digit lead. But since there is no difference between him and Mike Castle ,at least the people of Delaware have a choice.
Maybe Coons had the time yesterday to look up the 5 freedoms guaranteed in the 1st amendment . (hint... choice ,and 'being taken care of by the nanny state' are not among them) .

What ? You didn't hear that snufu by Coons during the debate ? The media forgot to make that the lead story ? I'm shocked .

There is a prostitute or Madame running here in NY for Governor .She was the Madame that provided former NY Governor Spitzer with the call girl that ended his political career.

She is running on the Anti-Prohibition Party .Her platform is legalizing marijuana and same-sex marriage, cutting taxes, decriminalizing prostitution and allowing the spread of casino gambling.

Now that's what you call a multi-platform Party and apparently you need platform shoes to be a member
