It does still spin, just not fast enough to get the water from the clothes. It has a two speed motor, so I was thinking maybe the second speed went out somehow. Just wondering if it might be something else.

Listen for any speed changes when spinning. If there are 2 speeds working, you may have too many clothes in the washer. Try removing some of the clothes and see if it speeds up.
