Hi, I have an intertherm E1EB-015HA. When I turn the T-stat in the house to either hot or cold the inside blower comes on normal and air comes through the vents, but the air blowing into the house is outside temp. the fan does not come on the outside unit, it only hums and does nothing else. I've flipped the breakers and looked for obviouse broken or corroded wires but come up empty. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a problem with the outside unit. If you know about electric you can open the unit and test the circuits. BTW also check for loose or damaged wires especially where they connect to the compressor.
