I don't know about all the airports but if you were accused of something like that, that doesn't mean you are a terrorist but that could be a risk for certain airlines so that would be a question you should ask the airlines you want to take.

They can have you on as many lists as they want for any reasons they want. It's when they DO something to you, based upon your appearance on a list, that MIGHT very well, be illegal.
