There was a movie when I was young (I'd say made in 80's) in a futuristic setting where these people preformed test/competitions to see who would be the next pilot for the huge robot that do battle. One test was a jungle gym like set up, but the bars were not all safe, some were loose, extremely hot/cold, zap you.. etc.
Anyone have a clue?
