An investor bought 100 shares of Venus Corporation common stock one year ago for $55 per share. She just sold the shares for $62 each, and during the year, she received four quarterly dividend checks for $20 each. She expects the price of the Venus shares to fall to about $38 over the next year. Calculate the investors realized percentage holding period return. What formula would I use to calculate this problem

You take 15,600 times 100 0ver 17 which the answer is 91,764.70.
