I have seen "things" since I was a kid. Now that I'm 22 ,I want to know how I can talk to the sprits to use my gift to help?

How do you know that what you've seen is real, please? For instance, has anyone verified to you that you have some sort of "sight?" I'm not discounting what you think has happened, but it does lend credence to an occurrence or occurrences if events can be verified by reliable sources.
