I'm 35 yrs old ,wish to reduce wgt from 75 kgs. ( 5".2") let me know what to do.

Good idea to get a check up from your doctor. Eat healthy food choices. Watch portion size... most people eat far more than their body really needs. Have easy, healthy snacks available. Drink plenty of water. Try to get some regular exercise every day, or at least several times a week.
Start with small changes... if you try to make too many changes at once, you run the risk of giving up if it gets too hard. Expect to have days where you don't do so well, but just get back into making good choices. Get a friend or family member to support you and even join in.
Make a conscious effort to change your lifestyle step by step into a healthy one that you can actually live with. No fad diets, no quick fix programs.
It will take time, the key is to stick with it... and that is often the most challenging part!
