My lap top was fine until I got it back from you daughter, now the caps light won't stay on, my east and west dirrectional arrows won't work, and the top right corner delete button won't work. So what do I do?

Any signs of physical damage? Liquids?
You've rebooted?
I would maybe try updating driver in device manager. Don't know if it will work, never had the problem.
