I put my right arm across my chest towards my left shoulder and I got a sharp pain near my heart , down the middle of my chest and at the top of my right shoulder what does this mean?

It could just be that you have pulled a muscle. That's the good news. But anything in the area of the heart should be taken VERY seriously, and I strongly sugest that you contact your doctor, or go to some sort of clinic. Better safe than sorry... I wish you good luck and good health
