My dog has not eaten anything. He is dringking water. He is 12 years Huskey male dog.
Since last week he stopped eating.
I took him a vet. She said that his temperature was normal and bowel movement is a liitle soft, but no poison was found.
Now I don't know what to do next.

I have a feeling that your vet probably didn't just say 'well, his temperature is normal and there's no poison, go home and maybe he will eat again'.
Take the dog back. Bloodwork and x-rays should be done to determine the cause, and the dog should be there on IV fluids.

I'd agree, blood work could help determine what's wrong. At 12, considering his size, he may have organ failure associated with old age. None of us like to think about it but dogs do grow old and die. Addisons or Cushings disease can both cause these symptoms and can be treated. So can other diseases but the vet doesn't really seem to be on top of this game, unless there is more that we don't know.

If your vet actually didn't give you any suggestions of what to do next FIND A NEW VET. When my dog was itching my vet gave me millions of options to choose from (blood work, observation, etc), but in the end I allowed my vet to choose what she thought was the best, a vet should never allow you to leave with a sick animal when you know nothing, he should hbe stayed at the vet for bloodwork, observation, x rays, iv's, a dog can go down hill fast when there old! My dog was coughing on day, throwing up the next, and then had to be put down a few days later because he couldn't breath and it was to late to do something! Do something know before it is to late and you have to make the ultimate decision!
