All right me again!
I'm 14, and so is the girl. Anyway

This is about the same girl for those who remember. We've been talking more, and my family is going to the fair tomorrow I was going to ask if she wanted to go.
I'm not going to ask her, because its to late now. But I was wondering is this a weird question to ask? I mean I like her, but I don't know if she likes me, so I'm just approaching her like I do all my other friends... but I mean isn't it weird if a boy invites a girl to go anywhere when its just him her and the boys family? Obviously this isn't a date... Or I don't think it is, but I don't know.
I'm homeschooled and don't have too much experience in the
"If you do this a girl will take it this way."

Me,
Her,
Her sister,
My bro
My family
Who were going. Obviously this wouldn't be awkward if I told her who all would be there.

Now if this is the situation that I'm asking if it would be awkward
Me
Her
My family

From my personal view mate there's nothing wrong with that I used to go out with my male friend and his family all the time and all he was was a mate, its notlike your going down on one knee isit! All you could do was just mention you and you family are going to where ever and then just ask her casually if she fancys coming the worst she can say is no and don't be afraid of no .

All right, thanks. I'm known for over thinking things anyway, so guess I did it again...

I don't believe its awkward at all as long as she knows upfront that it will be her with your family. You would take a regular guy friend with you wouldn't you? Why is this any different. Though she may be uncomfortable because to be honest we all act differently in front of our friends' parents.
