I have a big stomach and big thighs I tell all my friends that I am fat and then it turns into a big fight the most stupidest fight in fact it goes like this...
Me: I'm so fat
Friend: no you're not I am fatter than you
Me: no I'm fatter
(and back and forth and back and forth... )
Well my friend recently told me she was talking to my friend and she said she said I was so so fat and but faced ugly and said she showed me on her phone other things she said. And I am just so angry! And I was wondering what I should do about my body...

If you're unhappy with your body then you have to do the work to change it through diet and exercise. And when I say diet, I don't mean one of those silly fad diets. I mean watching what you eat. No junk food. Cut back on things like sugar. Eat more veggies and lean proteins. That sort of thing. And exercise is a must.
As for talking with your friends... it always annoyed me when my friends would bring up their weight constantly. None of us were really overweight. And it drove me crazy when they would go on about how fat they were and how skinny I was. It made me uncomfortable and I also felt like they were fishing for compliments. It got to the point that I would stop responding positively. It's possible you've annoyed your friends to this point too. So, instead of putting your energy into trash talking yourself, go do something about the things you don't like.

Too lazy to make salad? I'm not even sure where to begin with my response here... 1) how hard is it really to make a salad? 2)a healthy diet includes more than just living off salads. 3) what kind of salads are you eating anyway? Watch out what kind of dressing you're using, the wrong dressing can make a cheeseburger look healthy.
Running isn't the only exercise option. If you really were serious about getting into shape, you'd find the time to exercise.
It really is up to you whether you want to change your body. You indicated that you want to. Are you willing to do the work to or not?

Here's a thought - get off the computer (particularly the legal forums), make a salad, go for a run.

You have misused the rating system - the fact that you don't like an answer doesn't make it wrong. If the only advice you will accept is what you WANT to hear, you're posting on the wrong site.
My advice stands - get off the computer (particularly the AHMD legal threads where you are guessing at answers), get moving, make a salad.
