I had to replace my very old thermostat because it started smoking. So I replaced with a programmable thermostat. Currently I have 4 wireS: white, yellow, green and red. Installed it and nothing. Fan or cooling unit not turning on. I tried everything from doing a fan test and cool test by putting wires together. Please help!
