I was just told that I have multiple fibroids ranging from 4cm being the smallest and 8cm being the largest. I wasn't really sure what to ask my oc/gyn when she told me this. The first thing she asked was rather I wanted to have children. I am 31 and my husnand and I have only been married a year. She had a tone of urgency (or maybe that was my heart racing) when she told me that if we wanted to have kids we should start trying asap. We wanted to wait until next year but she seemed pretty set on a hystorectomy if we weren't going to have children dur to my symptoms/ size and placement on fibroids. Would it be too risky to wait on the baby making or am I going to be lucky to get pregnant as it is? I'm not sure how severe this is. Help please!
