I have about 3 holes on my front teeth. Someone told me its from soda that I drink. Just curious is there anyway to buy something to fill the hole yourself? I have an anxiety disorder and get major anxiety going to DRS. If not do they drill on my front teeth or just pick at it and fill it? Please let me know

There isn't anything available to repair your teeth yourself. Yes, there is drilling and cleaning involved in repairing your teeth before filling.

In order to remove the decay the dentist will have to drill and do some scraping to be sure the filling is placed on a cavity free tooth. Ask your dentist for some medication that will make you less anxious during the procedure. You are not alone, there are many people with anxiety disorders who are able to have dental care done with the right medication taken before the appointment.
I'd also recommend you stop drinking soda without the use of a straw. Ideally, give it up all together :)

As the other people have answered there is nothing you can do yourself to fill in these holes. You don't want to fill in the holes yourself anyway because if you "lock" in that decay you are only asking for an abcess. Like the other person had mentioned you can get a script for valium of something of that nature to help you relax before your appointment. Nitrous will also help you. You should find a dentist that you trust and feel comfortable with to do the work that needs to be done. Ask your friends or family who they use, word of mouth is the best in finding a dentist. No pun intended. :) Set up a consultation appointment to just talk to the dentist maybe take some x-rays and tell him your concerns and then go from there. Your smile is what people see first about you, take care of it and it will take care of you. :)
