I have my photos in it and the PC is asking to format it

When it asks to format it, say No or ignore

Now go to windows explorer and click on the drive letter for the card and see if your photos are there

It doesn't work...

Is there any software that came with the card (like if it came with a camera?)

See if you can try the card in another computer to see if can get data off it and then bring back to your computer and let if format

Not finding much other info but would try to use another computer to see if same issue (possibly a different operating system than using now)
