The father only comes around one a yr giving her false hope and making empty promises. He does not pay his child support and continues to have more children! I've given him every opportunity.I can't sit back and watch him hurt my child any longer.

He is 14000 in debt to NYS for child support and he hides under his mothers skirt. Putting everything he has in her name so they won't take it. He will not show up for court and at 1st denyed paternity. Court found he's the father.now what? Please help

What do you want help with? I've told you that a court is unlikely to terminate his rights. I've linked you to a sticky note that discusses this issue and provides info about terminating rights. So I'm not sure what more you need help with.
